
Cecil Kingsbury is one of the most dedicated and hardworking maintenance men our company, The Firm Inc has had the pleasure of working with. He does everything from building new decks to skirting the homes.
Cecil started working at the tender age of 8 years old helping his grandfather with painting the interior/exterior of homes in Flint, Michigan. He says his parents taught him at a very young age to always respect his elders and to have good work ethics. He has had experience working in many different trades such as working in the oil fields, carpentry, mechanics, security, pouring walls for basements, over the road truck driver, roofing, welding, etc.
Cecil’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, building things, mechanic work, spending time with his family, being in nature and working on his farm.
Cecil is extremely family oriented. On August 9,2002 he married his lovely wife, Christina and they have been working side by side since 2008. Together they make a great team. Cecil has 7 wonderful children and 5 beautiful granddaughters who are his heart and soul.
In March 2017 he moved his family to the beautiful state of Kentucky where they saw their dream come true when they bought their 11.5 – acre farm in Upton. He is currently raising chicken, pigs and Nigerian Dwarf goats.
In October of 2019 he was offered the job of fulltime maintenance man at Ponderosa Manor. Cecil says, “Throughout my experience at Ponderosa Manor I have met a lot of people who I have developed a wonderful working relationship, along with some great friendships. I take much pride in our community”.
Ponderosa Manor is located in the heart of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. It is minutes from the beautiful trails of Saunders Springs Nature Preserve, and the 11th largest city in the state of Kentucky.
