Nashville based Investor/Operator Completes Acquisition of Georgia Manufactured Housing Community

Nashville, TN (Sept 30, 2022) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Lasso Capital and Solsidan Capital in the acquisition of Regency Village Manufactured Home Community located in Moultrie, GA. Regency Village MHC II, LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow, managing member of Solsidan Capital and Eddie Bauer and Rohun Khanna managing members of Lasso Capital. The Regency Village MHC community will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors, residents, and communities across the Southeast.

In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete park improvements and again, create a great community for residents to call home.   The Firm, Inc. will utilize their proven processes on this project and increase performance across the board for the manufactured home community and its investors.

The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Regency Village Manufactured Home Community are:

  • Remove any abandoned homes
  • Bring in new mobile homes
  • Skirt homes where necessary
  • Power wash homes where necessary
  • Kool seal homes where necessary
  • Improve conditions around the park
  • Improve collections
  • Complete landscaping projects to improve overall curb appeal
