Nashville based Investor/Operator Completes Acquisition of Georgia Manufactured Housing
Community Portfolio

Nashville, TN (Nov 29, 2022) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Beaver Creek MHC, LLC and Pointe South MHC, LLC in the acquisition of the Lavonia Manufactured Home Community Portfolio located in Lavonia, GA.  The portfolio consists of two manufactured home communities, Beaver Creek MHC located in Lavonia, GA and Pointe South MHC located in Canon, GA. Both communities will benefit greatly by the growth and improvements that will be the result of this project. 

The Firm, Inc is partnering with Solsidan Capital led by Jacob Harcrow and Lasso Capital, led by Eddie Bauer and Rohun Khanna on the new venture. The three organizations have a successful track record in the Manufactured Housing space.

In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will add value to the communities which will delight residents and provide a great place for them to call home.  As we move through 2023, The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven processes to this project and increase performance across the board for the manufactured home communities and its investors.

The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Lavonia MHC Portfolio are:

  • Bringing in many new homes
  • Remove any abandoned homes
  • Skirt homes where necessary
  • Power wash homes where necessary
  • Kool seal homes where necessary
  • Improve conditions around the park
  • Pave the streets
  • Improve collections
  • Complete landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
