Nashville, TN (January 12, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with FSP E-Town, LLC in the acquisition of Ponderosa Manor located in Elizabethtown KY. FSP E-Town LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Ponderosa Manor Community will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the Southeast.
In the first few months of 2021, The Firm, Inc. will complete the acquisition and improvements in Ponderosa Manor and again, create a great community for residents to call home. The year 2020 has been completely uncharted times and industry performance was extremely uncertain. The Firm, Inc. has been extremely successful this year and will apply their proven process to this project and increase performance across the board for the Ponderosa Community.
The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Ponderosa Community are:
- Bringing in more than 2 dozen homes
- Sell all existing Park Owned Homes
- Pave the streets
- Improve collections
- Develop additional community services such as the playground, soccer fields, BBQ grills
- Complete landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
