Nashville, TN (December 22, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, successfully completed the in-fill, total rehabilitation, and sale of Live Oaks Manufactured Home Community and Ponderosa Manor Manufactured Home Community located in Mt. Washington, KY and Elizabethtown, KY respectively. Together these two parks comprised of 259 lots. Both of these communities were examples of the professionalism, quality of work, and perseverance that The Firm, Inc engages in with investors and communities across the country.
In a short 13 months, The Firm, Inc executed an extensive plan to acquire, rehabilitate, fill, and sell both Live Oaks and Ponderosa Manor with the result being two great communities for residents to call home. The year 2021 had a few challenges from labor and material shortages and logistics issues, but even with those hurdles, The Firm, Inc was able to deliver on time with their same high-quality standards.
The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Live Oaks and Ponderosa Manor Communities are:
- Brought in 48 new homes
- Skirted, power washed, and Kool sealed existing homes
- Paved the streets
- Completed landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
- Improved collections- 98% collections over the last 12 months.
