Double E MHC, LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow, founder and managing member of Solsidan Capital. The Double E MHC community will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the Southeast.
In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete park improvements and again, create a great community for residents to call home. The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven processes to this project and increase performance across the board for the manufactured home community and for investors.
The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Double E Manufactured Home Community are:
- Demolish over 20 abandoned homes
- Bring in 35 new mobile homes
- Sell all existing park owned homes
- Skirt homes where necessary
- Power wash homes where necessary
- Kool seal homes where necessary
- Improve conditions around the park
- Pave the streets
- Improve collections
- Complete landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
