Nashville, TN (March 1, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Homestead Village MHP located in Troy, TN.  The Homestead Village Community will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements in communities across the Southeast.

In the coming weeks, The Firm, Inc. will complete improvements in the Homestead Village MHP and again, create a great community for residents to call home.  The year 2020 was completely uncharted times however, The Firm, Inc had stellar results in transforming many communities. In 2021, The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven process to additional projects including this one and increase performance across the board for the Homestead Village Community.

The Firm, Inc. plans for Homestead Village Mobile Home Park include:
