Nashville, TN (August 9, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with FSP Douglasville LLC in the acquisition of Dogwood Blossom Mobile Home Park located in Douglasville, GA. FSP Douglasville LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Dogwood Blossom community will grow tremendously and will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the country.
In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete the improvements in the Dogwood Blossom MHP and again, create a great community that residents are proud to call home. Throughout 2021, The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven process to this project and increase performance across the board for the Dogwood Blossom community.
The Firm, Inc. plans for the Dogwood Blossom Mobile Home Park are:
- Bringing in 40-50 new mobile homes
- Removing 10-15 existing mobile homes
- Improve conditions around the park
- Develop the curb appeal of the park
- Complete the landscape design of the park
- Maintain and improve the streets where needed
- Establish the exemplary level of collections that The Firm has across all of its parks
- Establish and maintain a high level of occupancy in the park
- Develop additional community services as needed
