Our mission is to revitalize under-performing mobile home communities – for the residents as well as for our partners – in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner. For the residents, we provide safe, clean, affordable housing. For our partners, we provide significant returns. To accomplish this, we hold ourselves and our team members to a very high standard of CASA:

Our Team

Kirby Horton

Co-Chief Executive Officer with 30+ years’ experience in the insurance business and 12 years’ experience in manufactured housing – buying, selling, operating mobile home parks, primarily in the southeast US. Based in Franklin, TN.

Bari Horton

Co-Chief Executive Officer with a background in retirement fund and insurance sales, along with 12 years’ experience in manufactured housing, with an emphasis on the financial bookkeeping and banking for each community under management. Based in Franklin, TN.

Pam Modos

Chief Strategy Officer with a background in education and automotive material planning and scheduling. Ten+ years’ experience in insurance and manufactured housing with an emphasis on marketing, systems, and human resources. Based in Kalkaska, MI.

Gina Cheatham

Director of Sales and Occupancy with over 7 years of experience in manufactured home sales and 25 years sales experience.  Based in Columbus, GA.

Allen Franks

District Manager with 15 years’ experience in manufactured housing management – operations and accounting functions. Based in Mt. Washington, KY.

Matthew Horton

Area Manager with 3 years’ field experience in operations and project management. Currently revitalizing Oak Harbor, and Green Oaks . Based in Chattanooga, TN.

Amanda Jackson

Asset Manager with Real Estate license, with 10+ years’ experience in manufactured housing management – operations and accounting functions.  3 years’ experience as Asset Manager, overseeing the onboarding and exiting of several parks.  Based in Albany, GA.

Anthony Passanante

Asset Manager with a background in economics, banking and accounting.  Based in Louisville, KY.

Administrative Coordinator with 6 years property management and leasing experience. Based in Douglasville, Ga.

Angelica Prater

Area Manager with  5 years experience in sales and leasing. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Macon, Ga.
