The Firm, Inc, a Nashville based Investor/Operator, Completes Sale of Texas Manufactured Housing Community
Nashville, TN (December 15, 2022) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce the sale of Pine Creek Ranch Manufactured Home Community located in Tyler, TX. This project was a new partnership with HP4 LLC. HP4 LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Pine Creek Ranch community grew from 12 homes at the start of the project to 97 homes at the completion as a result of the proven systems and processes that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the country.
Throughout 2021-22, The Firm Inc utilized the experience and expertise that they have acquired during the many years of developing manufactured home communities. The result is a beautiful neighborhood that residents are proud to be a part of and call home.
The Firm, Inc. achievements for the Pine Creek Ranch Manufactured Home Community include the following:
- Brought in 85 new Legacy and Hamilton manufactured homes
- Improved conditions around the park
- Developed the curb appeal of the park
- Completed the landscape design of the park
- Maintained and improved the streets where needed
- Established the exemplary level of collections that The Firm has across all of its parks
- Established and maintained a high level of occupancy in the park
