SOC Addmore, LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm, Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow, founder and managing member of Solsidan Capital. The Addmore MHC community will benefit greatly from the vision and the reputation that The Firm, Inc. and Solsidan Capital bring to each project.
In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete park improvements to create a community that residents are proud to call home and raise their families in. The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven processes to this project. Highlights coming to the Addmore Manufactured Home Community include:
- Demolish any abandoned homes
- Bring in 30 new manufactured homes
- Sell all existing park owned homes
- Skirt homes where necessary
- Power wash homes
- Kool seal homes
- Improve conditions around the park
- Pave the streets
- Improve collections
- Complete landscaping projects to improve overall curb appeal
