Nashville, TN (Feb, 2023) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce the sale of Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community located in Troy, AL. This project was another partnership with SOC Troy, LLC which is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community residents will benefit greatly for years to come from the improvements that The Firm, Inc. implemented within the community.
Throughout the project, The Firm, Inc. completed park improvements and again, created a beautiful community for residents to call home. Highlights of the project are:
- Brought in 50 manufactured homes
- Removed any abandoned homes
- Sold all existing park owned homes
- Skirted homes
- Power washed homes
- Kool sealed homes
- Improved conditions around the park
- Paved the streets
- Improved collections
- Completed landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
