The Firm Inc, Begins New Project in Two Georgia Manufactured Home Communities

Nashville, TN (Dec, 2023) – The Firm, Inc., a national manufactured housing community investor/operator/improvement specialist, is pleased to announce the start of a new project in Dublin, GA. The residents of Edge Water Mobile Home Park and Boat Ramp Mobile Home Park will benefit from the improvements that The Firm, Inc will make in their communities.

In the coming months, the plan is for The Firm, Inc will rejuvenate Edge Water and Boat Ramp by executing the following:

• Infill approximately 10 new homes
• Rehab necessary homes
• Demolish abandoned homes
• Power wash existing homes
• Kool seal existing homes
• Skirt existing homes
• Install new signage
• Improve the roads
• Clean up the park
• Improve the curb appeal of the park
