Our Team

Kirby Horton

Co-Chief Executive Officer with 30+ years’ experience in the insurance business and 16 years’ experience in manufactured housing – buying, selling, operating mobile home parks, primarily in the southeast US. Based in Franklin, TN.

Bari Horton

Co-Chief Executive Officer with a background in retirement fund and insurance sales, along with 16 years’ experience in manufactured housing, with an emphasis on the financial bookkeeping and banking for each community under management. Based in Franklin, TN.

Pam Modos

Chief Strategy Officer with a background in education and automotive material planning and scheduling. 16 years’ experience in insurance and manufactured housing with an emphasis on marketing, systems, and human resources. Based in Kalkaska, MI.

Terry Walters

Director of Operations with over 25 years’ field experience in operations, project management, sales and marketing – Overseeing the onboarding and exiting of several parks. Based in Burlington NC.

Matthew Horton

Operations Manager with over 15 years’ field experience in manufactured housing, operations and project management. Based in Chattanooga, TN.

Allen Franks

Operations Manager with over 15 years’ experience in manufactured housing management – operations and accounting functions.  Based in Beechgrove, TN.

Anthony Passanante

Human Resource Manager with over 4 years’ experience in manufactured housing.  Background in economics banking and accounting. Based in Louisville, KY.

Angelica Prater

Area Manager with 5 years’ experience in property management and community management. Fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Macon, GA.

Community Manager with a background in customer service, leasing, collections, and property management. Joanna has 1 year of experience in the manufactured home community industry. Based out of Troy, AL
