Nashville, TN (Dec, 2023) – A new project has begun for The Firm, Inc. This will be the first project for The Firm, Inc in Louisiana. As a national manufactured housing community investor/operator/improvement specialist, The Firm, Inc is pleased to announce the start of a new project in Monroe, LA. The owners, operators, and residents of Reagan Manufactured Home Community will benefit from the improvements that The Firm, Inc will make in this community.

Plans to improve the community for its residents and maximize returns for investors/owners include:

• Rehab necessary homes
• Demolish abandoned homes
• Power wash existing homes
• Kool seal existing homes
• Skirt existing homes
• Install new signage
