Nashville based Investor/Operator Completes Acquisition of Alabama Manufactured Housing Community

Nashville, TN (Dec 6, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with SOC Troy, LLC in the acquisition of Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community Portfolio located in Troy, AL. SOC Troy, LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community Portfolio community will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the Southeast.

In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete park improvements and again, create a great community for residents to call home.   Throughout 2022, The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven processes to this project and increase performance across the board for the manufactured home community.

The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community are:

  • Bringing in many new mobile homes
  • Remove any abandoned homes
  • Sell all existing park owned homes
  • Skirt homes where necessary
  • Power wash homes where necessary
  • Kool seal homes where necessary
  • Improve conditions around the park
  • Pave the streets
  • Improve collections
  • Complete landscaping project to improve overall curb appeal
