The Southern Villa Community was a textbook example of the professionalism and quality of work that The Firm, Inc. engages in with investors and communities across the United States.
In a short 15 months, The Firm, Inc. executed the acquisition, total rehabilitation, and sale of Southern Villa and created a great community for residents to call home. The year 2020 presented everyone with completely uncharted times and industry performance was extremely uncertain. Faced with such a challenging project, The Firm, Inc. put into motion an incredible turnaround project.
The Firm, Inc. highlights for the Southern Villa Community are:
- From beginning to end was 15 months.
- Demolished/removed around 5 homes.
- Paved all the street and parking pads.
- Sub metered all the homes for water.
- Installed new picnic/play area.
- Converted all of the POH to TOH
- Brought in 40 new Hamilton homes and filled them.
- Collections were consistently 95+%.
