Nashville based Investor/Operator Completes Improvement and Sale of Alabama Manufactured Housing Community

Nashville, TN (December 31, 2020) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, successfully completed a total rehabilitation and sale of the Live Oak Mobile Home Park located in Summerdale, AL. Live Oak was another textbook example of the professionalism and quality of work that The Firm, Inc. engages in with investors and communities across the Southeast. 

In less than 3 years, The Firm, Inc. executed the acquisition, total rehabilitation, and sale of Live Oak and created a great community for residents to call home.  Live Oak was a massive project with many challenges that required a definite commitment to teamwork.  Persistence was a key element in which the entire team at The Firm, Inc. applied a “make it happen” attitude to get the job done.  

The Firm, Inc. highlights for Live Oak are:

∙ Removed 6 obsolete homes.

∙ Infilled 16 new Legacy homes. 

∙ Increased occupancy to 100%

∙ Converted most Park Owned Homes to Tenant Owned Homes

∙ Improved collections to over 90%.  

∙ Paved all streets.

∙ Developed 10 new lots.
