The Firm, Inc, a Nashville based Investor/Operator, Completes Acquisition of Texas Manufactured Housing Community

Nashville, TN (June 28, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, is pleased to announce a new partnership with HP4 LLC in the acquisition of Pine Creek Ranch Mobile Home Park located in Tyler, TX. HP4 LLC is part of an investor group that The Firm Inc. has successfully partnered with before and is led by Jacob Harcrow. The Pine Creek Ranch community will grow tremendously and will benefit greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements with investors and communities across the country.

In the coming months, The Firm, Inc. will complete the improvements in the Pine Creek Ranch MHP and again, create a great community that residents are proud to call home.   Throughout 2021, The Firm, Inc. will continue to apply their proven process to this project and increase performance across the board for the Pine Creek Ranch community.

The Firm, Inc. plans for the Pine Creek Ranch Mobile Home Park are:

  • Bringing in 70-80 new Legacy and Hamilton mobile homes
  • Improve conditions around the park
  • Develop the curb appeal of the park
  • Complete the landscape design of the park
  • Maintain and improve the streets where needed
  • Establish the exemplary level of collections that The Firm has across all of its parks
  • Establish and maintain a high level of occupancy in the park
  • Develop additional community services such as the playground, BBQ grills, etc
