The Homestead Village Community benefited greatly from the proven systems and professionalism that The Firm, Inc. implements in communities across the Southeast.
Over the past year, The Firm, Inc. completed improvements in the Homestead Village MHP and created a great community for residents to call home. The Firm, Inc. increased performance across the board for the Homestead Village Community.
Highlights of the project completed at Homestead Village Mobile Home Park include:
- Improved the condition of the roads throughout the park
- Cool sealed mobile homes that were in need of it
- Skirted mobile homes that were in need of it
- Improved collections
- Rehabbed empty homes and filled them
- Fixed homes had any plumbing or electrical problems
- Completed landscaping projects to improve overall curb appeal
- Converted park owned homes to tenant owned homes
