Nashville, TN (August 27, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, successfully completed the park improvement and sale of the Live Oak Pines Mobile Home Park located in Live Oak, FL. Live Oak Pines was another example of The Firm, Inc doing what it does best. Each time The Firm, Inc works on a project, the company displays the professionalism and quality of work that makes them successful in communities across the Southeast and with their investors.
The Firm, Inc. executed the acquisition, value add improvements, and sale of Live Oak Pines and created a great community for residents to call home. Live Oak Pines was a project that required The Firm to add value to the park to make a better place for residents to live and to grow the investment their partners made.
The Firm, Inc. highlights for Live Oak Pines are:

∙ Improved occupancy

∙ Improved the roads
∙ Cool sealed homes
∙ Power washed homes
∙ Completed major clean up throughout the park
∙ Fixed the water lines
∙ Developed a picnic area within the park
∙ Renovated the park office and attached apartment
Live Oak Pines was purchased by Saratoga Group. Saratoga intends to continue the good work begun by The Firm. Saratoga’s plans include filling in empty lots, new streets/driveways, solar lighting and developing the remaining property to create a 200+ pad community.
