The Firm, Inc., Nashville based Investor/Operator, Completes Improvement and Sale of Florida Manufactured Housing Community

Nashville, TN (July 23, 2021) – The Firm, Inc., a Regional Manufactured Housing Community Investor/Operator, successfully completed the park improvement and sale of the Oak Harbor Mobile Home Park located in Milton, FL. Oak Harbor was one of many examples of the professionalism and quality of work that The Firm, Inc. engages in with investors and communities across the Southeast. 

The Firm, Inc. executed the acquisition, value add improvements, and sale of Oak Harbor and created a great community for residents to call home.  Oak Harbor was a project that required The Firm to do what it does best which is add value to the park to make a better place for residents to live and add value to the investment their partners made.
