Beth Rhodes was raised in Pike County, Alabama. She comes from a rather large family that includes four siblings: two sisters, a brother, and a stepsister. When it comes to family, they mean the world to Beth. She enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and nephews. No matter the activities she is always around her loved ones. Beth enjoys the greater things in life including riding her side by side, going to the beach and spending her days at the lake soaking up the sun. Beth has been married to her husband, Clay, for 9 years and at the age of 30 they have taken classes to become foster parents. Together they share 6 pets. Four dogs who are named Colonel, Major, Gracie, and Bear and two cats named Oscar and Dakota.

Beth is the Leasing Agent for Forest Acres Manufactured Home Community located in Troy, AL.  She has been with Forest Acres for 5 years. She is instrumental in filling any available homes throughout Forest Acres. When asked what she enjoys the most about her position Beth stated, “Getting to help people into a home, seeing the smiles on their faces is the most rewarding part of my job.” Beth also loves making the Forest Acres Community a wonderful place for residents to live in and be proud of the community they are a part of. “Here at Forest Acres my co-workers are more like family.” Beth says. Beth is a great asset to the Forest Acres Community and we are proud to have her as part of the team.
