Joanna is the community manager of Arrowwood Manufactured Home Community located in Troy, Al. Joanna has a year of property management experience. Her husband Lee is also a part of the maintenance team for Arrowwood. While Joanna takes care of residents’ needs and oversees rental payments, Lee handles all the maintenance around the community. Lee is the jack of all trades and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to maintenance. When Joanna started out at Arrowwood her collections were in the low 20%. In the last four months Joanna has done a tremendous job increasing her rental collections into the high 80%.  Way to go!! Together they make Arrowwood community shine! “I would not be where I am with Arrowwood without Lee.’’ Joanna says.  Joanna and Lee both share two amazing children, Natalie age 9 and Nolan age 10. During their time off from work, they enjoy spending family time together. Both Joanna and Lee are great assets to the Arrowwood community. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication.
