Medwin Weaver

Medwin Weaver is The Firm’s property manager for Green Pine Acres and Green Pine Lane located in Macon, GA.  He has been part of our team for 2 years but working in the industry for over a decade. He started his career when he was younger doing electrical work. When managing properties, it is always great to have knowledge of things such as that, so we can focus on being timely and efficient when it comes to problems such as electrical work when we encounter them. Mr. Weaver takes pride in his residents and the communities that he has. Mr. Weaver states that he enjoys the atmosphere and working hand in hand with residents and everyone that he encounters day to day while he is working. Medwin devotes a lot of his time to his work, but when he is not working, he enjoys going to the flea market. Flea marketing is a passion of his. He goes to Smiley’s almost every weekend and looks at things he can buy, fix up and sell. Smileys is a big flea market located close to where he resides as well as close to both communities that he manages.

Green Pine Acres and Green Pine Lane are two communities located in Macon, Georgia. Both communities are within 2 miles of each other and offer quiet country lifestyle living. Even though we offer quiet country living, we are only minutes away from Warner Robins and downtown Macon, Georgia. Warner Robins is home to Robins Air Force base, a major U.S. Air Force maintenance and logistics complex.  Warner Robins also offers an Aviation Museum that would be fun for all families around the area. Macon is home to Mercer University and Wesleyan College- the first chartered women’s college in the world. Macon is also the birthplace of musical acts Otis Redding, Little Richard, Jason Aldean, and The Allman Brothers Band. Downtown Macon offers a lot to residents all around Macon as well as tourist. Downtown Macon is also known for the shops, eatery and entertainment on Cherry Street.
